Some industrial accidents will make industrial wastewater flow into the nature, and some factories intentionally discharge untreated wastewater directly into the water, resulting in serious water pollution. After the industrial wastewater is discharged into the river, it flows down the river, and the organisms in the water take in toxic substances and then enter the human body along the food chain; Affecting the soil and water (such as well water) of several kilometers along the river; the toxic substances will also settle at the bottom of the river and stay for a long time. The water shortage and accidents caused by water pollution not only make the factory stop production, agriculture reduce production and even cut off, but also cause bad social impact and great economic loss, which seriously threaten the sustainable development of society and human health.
